Founders' Letter on Ensemble Energy Acquisition by SparkCognition
We are excited to share the news that Ensemble Energy has been acquired by SparkCognition! The last 4 years has been an incredible journey for Ensemble and we would like to thank our team, customers, investors, and all the people who believed in us and helped us along the way.
When we started on this journey four years ago, we had a singular goal in mind: “To help our customers generate more clean energy, and at a lower cost”. By combining the deep energy domain expertise of our team with the latest in AI and cloud computing, we have been able to help our customers increase energy capture, reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. With almost 5 GWs of renewable energy assets being monitored on the Energy.ML platform, and with the announcement of multi-year technology agreements with leading operators such as AEP Renewables, Ensemble Energy has become a leading provider of AI Enabled Asset Management software for clean energy generation.
Both Ensemble and SparkCognition share a mission of using technology to solve the problems that matter most and enabling organizations to help create a better, smarter, and more sustainable world. As the world transitions to clean and greener energy, AI enabled asset management will be key for the seamless integration and optimization of energy assets.
